Every home you are buying, selling or renting with ShopProp is a deal. Your deals lists them, says first what is waiting on you, and opens any of them. Start something new begins a purchase, a sale or a rental.

The conversation is the deal. Your team writes to you there and you write back. Two buttons, two different things: Send to team goes to real people at ShopProp. Ask your deal is an AI answer made only from what is filed on this deal, and it always shows where the answer came from.

An AI answer is labelled as one, names its source, and ends by telling you to confirm anything important with your ShopProp agent. It never gives advice on price or terms, and it never gives payment instructions.

Anything you need is a request: a showing, disclosures, an offer, an inspection, a question. New request opens one on the deal and asks what that kind of request needs: an offer asks for the amount, the names on title, each contingency and the dates. You can have several open at once, and each keeps its own thread.

The checklist shows the steps for where your deal is now. Steps marked Your turn are yours to tick. Key dates come from what is filed, and each one says where it came from.

Three folders. Your documents are yours alone, kept across every deal. Transaction documents belong to the deal, and everyone on the deal can see them. General disclosures belong to the listing. Each folder says who can see it. You can remove your own documents, and on a deal the files you filed yourself.

Share this deal adds your spouse, your partner or anyone buying or selling with you. They see everything on that deal and can act on it for you. They never see your own documents or your other deals, and you can remove them at any time.

On a home you are buying, Your rebate shows the amount on your Commission Disbursement form once your ShopProp rebate team has finished it. It never shows payment or wiring details.

Your notes on a deal are your own notes about that home. They are not sent to anyone. Write them, press Save notes, and they are there next time.

Contacts on a deal lists the people outside ShopProp who are working on it: escrow, your lender, the other agent. Before you send money, call escrow at a number you already trust.

A deal opens the ShopProp rooms that fit it: Show and Disclose for a home being sold, Show and Lease for a rental, and Own and Maintain for the home you keep after closing. One tap, already signed in.

Updates lists what is new across all your deals. Account is where you set your mobile number and choose email alerts and text alerts.
